Our bar program offers a unique and efficient, consumption-based model, allowing you to select from an impressive array of wines, beers, signature cocktails, and mocktails to truly curate the perfect bar. Yes, you read that right. We offer a true consumption bar package rather than a per person charge. Any unopened bottles and returnable items are carefully packed up at the end of the event and picked back up by Liquid Catering to then be credited back to your final bill. All opened products and nonreturnable items are packed up and sent home with you.

Consumption-Based Billing
Instead of paying a strict per-person rate, you are billed based on actual guest consumption — giving you more flexibility and control over your budget.
Returnable Inventory Handling
Unopened bottles and eligible returnable inventory are packed up, collected after the event, and credited back to your final bill whenever possible.
Opened & Non-Returnable Items
Opened products and non-returnable items are either packed up for the host to keep or properly disposed of after the event.

- All appropriate ABC licensing.
- Liquor liability insurance covering $2 million
- One day or multiple day liquor permit options
Billing Information:
To confirm your event – A 50% deposit is required to confirm your event. We will need the name, email & phone number of the person who will be providing their credit card for the event.
Card on File – We require all credit cards to be kept on file until the final bill has been paid in full. Once the event has been paid in full, your card will be removed from our system. Our system uses encryption capabilities to secure your credit card information, so you do not have to worry about anyone seeing your confidential information, or any fraudulent activity.
Final Billing – For your quote, you only pay for what is used, opened or damaged. Any open or damaged and all “non-returnable” items are yours to keep and take home (see note). Any products that are not opened or undamaged will be picked up after your event, reconciled, and you will be charged for any remaining balance as we only took a 50% deposit. Approximately 1/4 to 1/3 comes back. The payment receipt will be emailed within a few days of your event.
Non-Returnable Items – Examples of non-returnable items are perishable items, such as fresh juice and produce. open products, gallon waters, napkins and sustainable stirrers and some special ordered items.
